He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fegan and Clara Fegan; his wife Eleanor Pepe; and his siblings, Robert Fegan and Edith Brown.

He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Magolon (Tom) of Linwood, PA, Donna Fegan of Brigantine, NJ and Linda Fegan of Brigantine, NJ; and his brother Charles Fegan (Shirley) of Fairfax, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
