He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sapp and Fanny Sapp (Kimble); and his sisters, Mary "Betty" and Lola Kirk (Sapp). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Botrel; his brother John Sapp (Carolyn); his children, William E. Sapp, Jr., David, Mark, Elizabeth (Lisa) and Eric; his grandsons, Ryan Sapp (Amelia) and Miles Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Landon and McKenzie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
