Hazard in Bridgewater, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Hazard; his children, Janine Morris (John), Gary Hazard (Paula) and Jeffrey Hazard (Wendy); his siblings, Patricia Blevin and Richard Hazard (Christina); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Patrick, Sarah, Alexi, Shane and Dale.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the J-Cares Adult Day Program at the JCC in Bridgewater where his granddaughter attends their special needs program.
