He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Peter and Rose Ellen Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Peg Harmon; his sons, Christopher (Sue), Alexander (Kim) and Andrew (Louis); his grandchildren, Erica, Meredith, Ryan and Brendan; and his sister Elizabeth Harmon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Vincent's honor may be made to the Martinsville Rescue Squad, 1771 Washington Valley Rd., Martinsville, NJ 08836.
