She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Zembko; and her children, Harry Ubry Jr. and Donna Whitehead. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Areson and Debi West; her grandchildren, Dawn Ubry, Steven Ubry and Julia Valentine; and her great grandchildren, Noah and Bella Singh.
