He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Ulmer and Lukas Ulmer; his brother Kurt Ulmer; and his grandson Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Jeanet Solla Ulmer; his daughter Jenny (Michael Knapp) of Bridgewater, NJ; his grandson James Knapp; and his pet Piper.

Memorial contributions may be made in Rudolph's memory to American Cancer Society.
