He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Richard Douglass (Ilyn) and Elizabeth Candela (Vincent); his stepson John Murphy (Cheryl); his sibling Raymond Douglass; his grandchildren, Joseph Candela, Kyle Candela and Jack Douglass; and his stepgrandchildren, Beth, Vicky and Mary. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
