He was predeceased by: his parents, Changchun Jin and Lianyu Zhang. He is survived by: his wife Yumei Quan; his sons, Peter and Evan; and his siblings, Meizi Jin, Guangzhe Jin and Jingzi Jin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
He made key contributions to the development and commercialization of multiple landmark pharmaceutical products.
