He is survived by: his son John Costantini (Elisabetta); his grandchildren, Joseph, Christina, Anthony and Zach (Kaleigh); his daughter Ann Marie Mulhearn (Tom); his grandchildren, Matthew (Valerie) and Ryan (Nicole); his great grandchild Charlotte; his grandchildren, Michael, David (Laura), Lisa, Alyssa and Katie; his daughter Michele Musumeci (Tom); his grandchildren, Caitlin and Brian; his son Paul Costantini (Erica); his grandchildren, Adam, Ty, Kelli, Nikki, Samantha Manfready and Ashley Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Jonathan; and his sister Angela Gallo.
