He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Farrell and Isabel Carden Farrell; and his siblings, Peggy, Jack, Robert, Thomas and James.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace; his children, Leo Thomas Farrell Jr. and Colleen Gurgui (Joseph); his grandchildren, Olivia Janee Gurgui, Joseph Michael Gurgui and Natalie Isabella Gurgui; and his brother Joseph. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in the name of Leo Thomas Farrell, Sr. to the American Cancer Society.
