He was predeceased by: his former wife Anna Cohen; his son Michael Cohen; and his brothers, Edward and Jerry Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Joan Appell Cohen; his daughters, Daria Cohen and Michele Salkin (Cary); his stepchildren, Bridget Intili (Albert) and Ron Appell (Pam); his sister Marilyn Herschler; and his grandchildren, Lauren Wisbeski, Abigail, Aaron Salkin, Salvatore, Savanna, Anthony Intili, Natalie and Nathan Appell.
