He was predeceased by: his brother Dirk L. Richter. He is survived by: his parents, L. Dirk Richter and Carol Richter (Johnson) of Bridgewater; his sisters, Kimberly Richter of Neptune and Vicki Robb of Skillman; and his nephews, Charlie Meyer, Ryan Robb and Lukas Robb. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
