She was predeceased by: her sister Rosemary LaSalle. She is survived by: her husband Charles Klopfer; her children, Charles Klopfer (Angela), Cathleen Flaherty (Ed) and Brian Klopfer; her grandchildren, Christopher Klopfer (Sarafina), Maggie Klopfer, Jimmy Flaherty (Dani), Carolyn Flaherty and Erin Flaherty; and her brother Michael Pugliese.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Judith.
