She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Apgar and Beatrice Apgar; her husband John Kotch; and her siblings, Jean Spearance and Richard "Spike" Apgar.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald (Cheryl), Jessee (Lisa), Troy (Cheryl), Jody and Kelly; and her sisters, Marybelle Hoffman and Judy Neustadt. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
