He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Evans Brickman; his parents, John Brickman and Mildred Cartwright Brickman; and his brother John Brickman. He is survived by: his sibling Astella VonHorn; and his children, Linda, George Jr. and John. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren along with his siblings.
