He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gibbs and Ruth Gibbs; and his brother Stanley Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, David Gibbs (Donna) of Jackson, NJ, Jennifer Gibbs (Jean-Pierre) of Colmar, France and Lauren Takacs (Lou) of Bridgewater; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Vanessa Gibbs, Julien Gibbs, Danielle and Michael Takacs.
