He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel DeVita and Elizabeth DeVita; his siblings, Agnes, Silvio and Daniel; his wife Dorothy Guardino; his children, Elizabeth DeVita McDowell (Robert), Frank and Richard; his grandchildren, David (Sandra), Jason (Kara), Frank Daniel, Christine, Mary and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Haley, Connor Joseph, Daniel, Isabella and Zakary; and also Knight.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Frank's memory to: D-Day Leadership Academy, The DLA promotes values of character, ethics and leadership to youth by sharing with them stories of D-Day and taking them to visit historic sites in Normandy, France.
