She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wurtz and Elizabeth Wurtz. She is survived by: her husband Edward W. Gorney; her daughters, Kathleen Tartaglia (Michael) and Barbara G. Kolecki; and her grandchildren, Arianna (Ryan Black), Alexis and Ryan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in her memory.
