She was predeceased by: her husband James Bayne; her children, Eddy (Maureen) and Johanne (Henry); and her siblings, Romaine DeSanto (Hodgson), Margaret Hegal (Hodgson), Mary Miller (Hodgson) and Helen Ryan (Hodgson).

She is survived by: her son Larry; and her brother Lester William Hodgson. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Betty to support Alzheimer's care, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or a charity that reminds you of her.
