She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Starr; her husband Ralph Frazee; her daughter Elizabeth Chudy; and her grandson Scott V. Chudy. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Michelle Evanylo (Jeff), Jill Zayas, Joelle Badea and Christina Cicero (Chris); her granddaughter-in-law Linda Chudy; her son-in-law Vincent Chudy; her great grandchildren, Drew, Amy, Samantha, Nicole, Victoria, Breanna, Desiree, Max and Alex; and her great great grandchild Jamiee.
