He is survived by: his wife Joan Czuprewicz Winters; his children, Lynn Winters Mineo (Tony Mineo), David Winters Jr. (Kathy Winters) and Kristen Winters-Johnson (Joe Johnson); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Bryant), Zachary, Dorian, Sojourner, David Jimmy (Haley), Annie, Anjolene and Summer; and his great grandchild Finley.
Due to COVID-19, private graveside services will be held on Tuesday at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hillsborough.
