Mazurak of Bridgewater, New Jersey, born in Bound Brook, New Jersey, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Swanson; her husband Dr. Peter Mazurak; her children, Richard P. Mazurak and Barbara Mazurak Meier; and her sister Patricia Nivison.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kimberly Mazurak, Gavin Mazurak and Megan Van Houten; her great grandchildren, William, Clara, Ava, Kirsten and Reagan; and her daughters-in-law, Cathy and Nancy. She is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
