He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mazzocchi and Dora Mazzocchi. He is survived by: his wife Rosalind; his daughters, Melissa Akins (Arthur) and Jennifer Tuller-Cuffe (Sean); and his grandchildren, AJ Akins, Shealyn Tuller, Ty Akins, Kiley Tuller and Peyton Akins.
