She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelina Corvaia and John Corvaia. She is survived by: her husband Robert Doherty of Flatbush, NY; her children, Kathleen Bassiacos, Robert Doherty and Suzanne Sterling; her sister Anita Taylor Chambers; her grandchildren, Amanda, Kristina, Emily, Paige, Maeve and Delia; and her daughter Eleanor. She is also survived by her three children, making lifelong friends.
