He was predeceased by: his parents, Feliks Wierzba and Klementyna Wierzba. He is survived by: his wife Boguslawa Wierzba; his children, Beata Wierzba-Antosz (Leszek) of Poland and Piotr Wierzba of Poland; and his stepchildren, Radoslaw Sydor (Joanna Tumlowska-Sydor) and Przemyslaw Sydor (Izabela Ferenc).
