She was predeceased by: her parents, Cephas Frazier and Martha Frazier (Jenkins); her husband Robert T. Facemyer; and her brothers, Edward, Fred and Ronald Frazier.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Facemyer (Bonnie), Wanda Carr (Scott), Vicki Fowler (Tony) and Debra Dahlquist (Dave); her grandchildren, Dawn Liberati, Kevin Facemyer (Stephanie), Scott Carr Jr. (Anna), Alisha Sheppard (David), Melody Orme (Jacob), Joshua Freeman (Brittany), Erin Branch (Shane), James Reed (Mckala), Heather Corbett, Autumn Fowler (Jacob), David Dahlquist III (Kelsey) and Devyn Lake (Jordan); her brothers, Charles and Larry Frazier; and her sister-in-law Juanita Frazier. She is also survived by 22 great- grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sray Webster Funeral Home (62 Landis Ave, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider a donation to the Victory Assembly of God Building Fund or the Wounded Warrior Project in support and honor of our Veterans in need.
