He was predeceased by: his father Thomas; and his brother David. He is survived by: his mother Helen; his girlfriend Lisa Daly; his children, Nikole (Walter) and Tommy (Kelley); and his siblings, William (Micheala), Ken and Helen (Geoff). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Tom.
