Forrest; her parents, George Levy and Matilda Levy (Beckford); her children, George Thomas Forrest, Evelyn Forrest and Leriene Forrest; her siblings, Ian Beckford (Bartel), Alfonso Levy, Lucille A. Ismay (Randolph) and Iris Richard (Noel); her granddaughter Daidre A. Mercado; her great grandchild RayShon Walker; and her close friend Evadney Pryce.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Forrest of Seabrook, Wayne Forrest of Bridgeton, Ashley Forrest (Sabrina) of Lawnside, Shirley Jones (Andrew) of Warwick, Meleita Forrest of Providence, Daidre Kernan (Stephen) of Bridgeton and Karlene Forrest of Sicklerville; her sister-in-law Winniebell Thomas of Bronx; and her cousins, Lorraine Levy-Dwyer of Toronto, Eleta Levy of Scott Pass and Parish of Manchester, Jamaica.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
