He is survived by: his wife Sadie M. Loatman-Milbourne; his children, Christina Fentress, Brianna Bailey, Jasmine Bailey and Douglas Johnson; his stepdaughter Shannon Mutts (Jarett); and his siblings, William E. Milbourne Jr. (Nancy), Kevin M. Milbourne Sr. (Danita), Lionel E. Milbourne Sr. (Sharon), Marlin L. Milbourne Sr. (Sh-Keer), Martin L. Milbourne, Marva Y. Milbourne, Rhonda Milbourne, Myra L. Washington (Mark), Erica L. Milbourne and Brenda Hampton.
