He is survived by: his siblings, Emma Esquilin Nuñez (Jose), Rafaela Esquilin Nuñez, Carlos (Gloria) and Hector (Myrma); his children, Rafael Esquilin Jr. (Towanda), Jason Nicholson (Lisa) and Raffette Alston; his grandchildren, Ditaniel Lee, Alexander Esquilin and Eric Esquilin; and his great grandchildren, Alana, Ditaniel Jr., Shaylyn, Makaylyn, Dallas and Brooklyn.
