She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Cole and Velma Cole; her spouse Carey Jones Sr.; her son Veron Cole; her daughter-in-law Barbara Cole; and her sister Myrtle Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene (Lloyd) of Millville, NJ, Debbie (Elrod) of Millville, NJ, Wanda of Millville, NJ, Iris of Bridgeton, NJ., Carey Jr. and David (Judy) of Hopewell Twp; her siblings, Rosie Walker, Martha Payne, Jeanette Lay, Margaret Needham, Carolyn of Maryland, William and Charles Cole of Mississippi; and her close friend Myrtle. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
