She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood W. Mitchell and Anna J. Maclean Mitchell; and her siblings, Cindy Mitchell and Freddy Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband James E. Vest; her daughter Stephanie Spinelli; and her brothers, Robert Campbell, Tommy Campbell and Wayne Mitchell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
