She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Wilson; her grandchildren, Dawn Vicari (David Vicari) and Donald Wilson; her great grandchildren, Amanda Orgeron (Jarid Orgeron) and Kristina Shaub (Christopher Shaub); her great great grandchildren, Charles and Elizabeth Orgeron; her nephew Charles Frasier; and her husband Charles H. Osborne.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to First Baptist Church of Elmer located at 209 Broadstreet Elmer, New Jersey in memory of Lillian Osborne.
