She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffman and Laura Neal Hoffman; her brothers, John and Wayne Hoffman; and her great grandchild Emma Snodgrass.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra DuBois; her brother Ken Hoffman; her granddaughter Rachael DuBois; and her great grandchildren, Alivia Snodgrass and Gavin Gould.
