She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Taylor, and Martha Taylor, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Douglas E. Heckman, Sr.; her children, Douglas Jr. (Amy), Kevin Sr. (Natasha) and Korinne NesSmith (Reuben); her grandchildren, Ashley Puckett (Stephen), Amber Cole (Nick), Kelsey Cole, Aaron Heckman (Katie), Kallie, Kevin Heckman Jr., Tyler Lehr, Brayden, Bryson and Braxton NesSmith; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Avery Puckett, Lily, Violet Heckman, Aurora, Ariel Schisler, Armani Heckman and Reese Cole; and her sister Candy Cuff of Pennsville.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Wesleyan Church (200 Laurel Heights Dr, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lawnside Cemetery (1017 US-40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098).
