He is survived by: his children, Justin Foor, Jr. (Melinda), Corey Foor (Carolynn), Sagan Hague (Jayson) and Noeleen Foor; and his brothers, Wade Foor, Frank Foor and Bruce Foor. He is also survived by four nieces and many grandchildren.
