She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Mosley and Sadie Mosley; her close friend Thelma Barnett; her husband Richard N. Loatman; her children, Carolann, Michael Loatman and Robert "Bobby" Loatman; and her aunt Marie Gould.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Loatman (David), Jesse Loatman (Donna), Philip Loatman (Cheryl) and Sadie Milbourne (Steven); her daughter-in-law Karen Loatman; her grandchildren, Shannon Mutts (William Jarett), Philip Loatman Jr. (Katie Lee), Austin Loatman (Danielle), Andrew Jeck (Summer) and Lacey Johnson (Justin); and her great grandchildren, William "Deuce" Mutts II, Parker, Jack Loatman, Mason, Riley, Kennedy Johnson, Madison Jeck, Sophia Williams-Jeck and Clarice Jeck.
