She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heddle and Prudence Heddle (Thomas L. Connolly); her husband Wayne H. Applegate; her son Frederick "Ricky" Gustave Connolly; and her sister Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Jakob of Little Egg and Thomas Leo Connolly of Asheboro, NC; and her friend Plumbing. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
