He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hoey, Sr. and Ann Hoey (Barnwell); and his siblings, Richard Hoey and Joanne Hoey. He is survived by: his spouse Sara Hoey (Bollinger); his children, William P. Hoey, III (Nefertiti) and Christina Niemeyer (Richard); his siblings, Robert Hoey (Patricia) and Agnes Skowronek; and his grandchildren, Quintessa, John, Sara, Katelyn and Lily.
