He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Newman and Concetta Newman (Zarella); his sister Margaret Engle; and his children, Denise and Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Newman (Collins); his daughters, Karen Nobel (Dennis) of Point Pleasant, Kitty Stocco (Ken) of Brick and Kristina Bromley (Jim) of Verona; and his grandchildren, Neil Stocco, Kimberly Stocco, William Bromley, Michael Bromley and Timothy Nobel.
Donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Popcorn Park Zoo.
