He is survived by: his children, Larry Bernacki (Mary Ann), Nancy Merz (Bill), Melissa Rahn (Mark) and Craig Bernacki (Michelle); his grandchildren, Clayton, Kyle, Derek, Amanda, Ashley, Colton and Gehrig; and his great grandchild Jameson.
