He was predeceased by: his child Donna Martone. He is survived by: his spouse Stephanie; his children, Karen Grifo (Brian), David Gelcius and Paul Gelcius (Margaret); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hart, Jason Grifo, Lisa Grifo, Kathryn Martone, Harry Martone, Johnathan, Robert, Grace and Meghan Gelcius; and his great grandchild Abigail Hart.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the VFW Post #1302, 300 Belgrove Dr. Kearny, NJ 07032.
