He was predeceased by: his wife Judith "Judy" Smith; and his son Tommy M. Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jill Myers of Brick; and his siblings, Donald W. Smith of Jackson, Robert E. Smith of Tinton Falls, Debra Smith-DeSantis of Eatontown and Diane Bailey of Florida.
