He is survived by: his wife Eileen Patricia Kelty (McAneney); his children, Thomas F. Kelty, Jr. (Doreen) of Barnegat, June Bonner (John) of New Bern, NC and Patricia Starick (Rick) of Warwick, NY; his siblings, James Kelty (Dorothy) of West Milford and Ann Laveglia of Beacon, NY; his grandchildren, Kelli Sciarra and Rick Starick; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Sciarra.
