With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Batcho in Brick, New Jersey, born in Somerville, New Jersey, who passed away on February 23, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Batcho to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Batcho and Eugenia Batcho. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Brady Batcho; his daughter Quinn Batcho; and his son-in-law Dennis Diggins of Belmar.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Long Branch Alternative Academy in memory of Thomas Batcho. Donations can be sent via check to the family or directly to the school district.

“Dear Batcho Family, Tom and I worked together from 1972 to 2004. I have many good memories of Tom. He knew a heck of a lot, and could settle many arguments. He could start a few too, but was always a gentleman about being in the minority on issues. He was an excellent teacher, and a great member of our rowdy Faculty Room. I will have a cold beverage in his memory. RIP Tom. My heartfelt condolences to his wife, daughter, and the Batcho family.”
