It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Arendt of Brick, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Carmen; and his brother Gary Arendt. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Griswold; his siblings, Dan Arendt of South Jersey, Lisa Arendt of Toms River and Donna Arendt of Wall Twp; and his parents-in-law, Gordon and Linda Griswold of Lakewood.
All services were handled privately through Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy. 88 Brick. Due to COVID-19, the family is planning on a Memorial Service in the spring at St. Mary By The Sea Episcopal Church in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
