He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Ann Kress; and his son Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dee" Maguire; his children, Roberta Voloshin (George) of Belmar, NJ, Jennifer Kinnison (Craig) and Daniel Weeden (Joann) of Oceanport, NJ; his brother Jack Weeden (Winnie) of Greenville, NC; his sister-in-law Margaret Kress of Wilmington, NC; and his stepchildren, Kevin Maguire (Debby) of Pleasanton, CA, Jeanne McCue (Tim) of Amesbury, MA and Andrew (Dawn) of State College, PA.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, one great grandson, several nieces and nephews.
