He is survived by: his significant other Nancy; his sons, D. Scott (Carole) and Bryan (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Shane and Summer; and his brothers-in-law, R. Douglas Leonhard (Patricia) and Richard Leonhard (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in his name be made to the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church, Bay and Forman Aves., Pt.
