He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sekera Sr. and Muriel Heck; and his mother-in-law Athena Hadjimarkos. He is survived by: his wife Dimitra; his children, Niko and Athena; his siblings-in-law, Marina, Angela, Sharon, Peter, Father Andrew and Dimitri; and his sister Cyndi Saletel.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1033 W Park Ave, Ocean Township, NJ 07712). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Cemetery (1033 W Park Ave, Ocean Township, NJ 07712).
