He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Osborn, Sr.; and his grandparents, Martin L. Schmidt (Elizabeth), Abner D. Osborn, Ruth Daly and Joseph Daly.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth A. Osborn; his sibling Christina LaCross; his children, Mia and Maddilyn; his sibling Richard Osborn; his children, Delanie of Point Pleasant, Nicky of Point Pleasant and Damien of Point Pleasant; his aunt Laura Schmidt of Point Pleasant; his uncle Martin Wayne (Dencey Schmidt) of Neptune; and also, Lloyd LaCross, Barbara Osborn, Uncle Wayne (Karen Osborn), Jennifer Schmidt, John Beck, Clym Jones, Lynn Jones, Martin Schmidt, Keith Schmidt, Meghan McCready and Virginia Rappleyea.
